❓ What is SoftHubTools?
SoftHubTools is a free blog that explains AI tools and online work in plain language. It is written for beginners, freelancers and small business owners. The author is Walid Ayari.
Each guide tries to do three things: explain a tool, show how to start with it, and tell you honestly what it can and cannot do. We do not sell courses.
New here? Start with the Top 5 AI Tools guide. It gives a simple overview of the tools beginners meet first.

📷 What a good guide contains
Our newer guides follow the same layout, so you always know where to look:
- Quick answer at the top, so you can decide in one minute if the guide fits you.
- Facts with a date. Prices and limits come from the company’s official pages, and we write the month we checked them.
- Steps to try the tool yourself.
- Who should skip it. A tool is not right for everyone.
- FAQ with short answers to common questions.
Some older guides are still being rewritten to this standard. If a price or limit looks out of date, check the company’s own page and tell us.
💰 Money, honesty and affiliate links
Using a tool does not pay you. People sometimes earn by offering services, such as voiceovers, design work or setup help. Results depend on your skills, your clients and your effort. Many people earn little or nothing at first, and we do not promise any income.
Some links on SoftHubTools are affiliate links. They are marked as sponsored. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change our reviews. Each company sets its own commission rate and how long it lasts, and these terms change.
See our Recommended Tools & Offers page for the list of tools with affiliate links, with price notes and a “skip it if” note for each one.
⚡ Your first 7 days
Read and explore
Read the Top 5 AI Tools guide and one guide from the section you chose. Write down two questions you still have.
Set up one free tool
Open the free plan of one tool. Check its limits, and do not enter payment details until you are sure you need a paid plan.
Do a small practice project
Make something small, for example a short voiceover, a simple design or a contact list. Practice teaches more than reading.
Review and choose the next guide
Look at what worked and what did not. Then pick one more guide to read next week.
📊 Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every guide is free to read, and you do not need an account. Some tools we write about have paid plans, and their free plans have limits. We note these in each guide.

Start with the section list on this page, or use the table that matches your goal. If you are completely new, read the Top 5 AI Tools guide first.
